<p>Prior to joining The Presentation Company, Dehlia worked for Microsoft, developing programs for Microsoft Academy and delivering training to their partners. Additionally, she oversaw an Event Services Group at InterCall (the world’s largest conference and collaboration provider) as well as working with some of the world’s largest brands, including PepsiCo, Nike and Disney. Dehlia received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Oregon State University. She is in the process of earning CompTIA&#8217;s Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) and becoming a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).</p>
<p>Dehlia also brings a love of family; she and her husband have two children and enjoy spending time in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Their outings include hikes in Tryon Creek, weekend camping trips to Beverly Beach and an annual vacation near Crater Lake. In her spare time, she volunteers for the Alzheimer&#8217;s Association, American Diabetes Association and March of Dimes, among others.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Katie Stroud is a well-rounded learning professional who joined The Presentation Company in January 2012. With nearly a decade of experience that includes all the latest techniques in training design and delivery, Katie likes to call herself a Learning Solutions Engineer. </strong></p>
<p>As a Lead Instructional Designer at TPC, Katie is always thinking about external factors that play a role in virtual training solutions. Katie’s experience is drawn from industries in online advertising, software development, project management, government contracting, Software as a Service (SaaS) and others. She earned her Bachelor of Technical Communication from the School of Human-Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington. Early on, she began developing skills as an Instructional Designer where she found her niche, her strengths and her passion.</p>
<p>Practically a Northwest native, Katie has made her permanent home in the Puget Sound between Seattle and the Olympic Mountains of Northwest Washington. Katie has a love for gardening and yard work and enjoys raising her two young daughters who help her find new mud for her plants and give her hope that she might someday cure her brown thumb.</p>

<p>Heather has worked with some of the world’s largest brands, including HP, Microsoft and Symantec, and understands the skills required to engage a virtual audience successfully.</p>
<p>The mother of three children, Heather is Vice President of the Parent Teacher Association and enjoys volunteering at school events, coaching her kids’ soccer teams and spending time with her extended family.</p>

Monica received an MBA with Honors from Harvard Business School and a BA in French and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  In her spare time, she’s learning Tibetan, her seventh language. </div>
